Meet Kim Morse
“I was single for 13 years and had been looking for my soul mate that entire time. I stumbled across a relationship coach and started my journey of being conscious of who I was and what I was passionate about. I learned that the reason that I was dating the wrong men over and over had nothing to do with the men, but everything to do with me. After meeting Bob, the love of my life, it became a huge desire for me to help others manifest the love that I had found in my life.
I think the hardest thing for me when I first started with RCI was that I did not come from a therapist or coach background and so many in my first class had years of experience in the field. I felt a little intimidated and overwhelmed in the beginning. But with the help and encouragement of all my RCI trainiers, I quickly realized that I was unique and had something to offer. The training was so thorough that you have a confidence and know that you have all the tools you need.
My experience was truly life changing! You can not come through the training at RCI without a huge transformation. RCI not only provides excellent, insightful trainers but a phenomenal amount of resources that gives you everything you need to be successful. They were instrumental in teaching me that it is not only what you know, but how you are there for your client, just as they were there for me.”
Turn your passion into your profession as a relationship coach!
Are you passionate about helping people with their relationships and making a real difference in the world? Would you like to do it for a living?
Coaching is a fun, profitable and fulfilling career that doesn't require a 4 (or more) year degree and impossible-to-pay-off student loans.
Not only CAN you have work that you enjoy, but you DESERVE to love your work – and here’s the secret: Choose work you are passionate about, and that you enjoy so much, you would do it for free. It’s that simple.
Here’s our Top Five Reasons to Consider Coaching as a profession:
- Get paid for what you naturally do anyway
Most new coaches who join RCI say they are the "go-to" person for relationship help anyway - is that you?
- Fast, affordable startup
Coaching is a profession that requires training and mentoring to be successful, but it is the most affordable profession to enter, and the fastest way to generate income from your new profession, because with RCI’s “Learning by Doing” training model you will be able to help your clients and charge for your services within a few months of getting started.
- Be your own boss
Want to wake up on Monday morning excited to start your work week. Or not - it's your business - maybe you'll start your work week on Tuesdays...No more needing to request time off or do things the way someone else wants things done. Most coaches work for themselves.
- Work from anywhere
Most coaches serve their clients over the phone, so you can coach your clients from anywhere!
- Great retirement career
Most of us will need to continue working to fund our retirement years and coaching is a perfect way to work as much or as little as you wish during your retirement years.
Frequently Asked Questions
Should I take live training or will self-study work for me?
We truly believe a solid foundation is critical to becoming a professional coach. At minimum, you'll want to have a solid foundational live training that covers coaching core competencies. Self-study courses may be all you need for advanced courses, but they are not “training,” which involves live mentoring and supervised practice.
Our self study courses can be very effective for the busy, self disciplined, successful coach who wants to expand into relationship coaching.
Can ANYONE become a relationship coach?
Almost anyone, especially if you have the following characteristics:
- Passion: you are passionate about relationships
- Purpose: you have a strong desire to help others
- Experience: you have enough life and relationship experience to relate to and mentor others (you don’t have to be perfect, our struggles are our best teachers)

Can I join RCI if I have no prior training or experience as a coach or helping professional?
Yes! Our program begins with a foundational coach training which provides you the skills needed to become a certified professional coach. It is an entry level training and the pre-requisite for our advanced Relationship Coaching for Singles and Couples courses.
How can I help singles if I’m married or single myself? How can I help couples if I’m single or divorced?
Nobody is perfect and we are all on our own path of personal development, and as long as you are walking your talk and committed to your path towards personal and relationship fulfillment, your passion (and training) is all that’s needed to help others. Your clients care much more about the results you help them achieve than your personal relationship status.
