Just Starting Out (New to Coaching)
Meet Kim Morse

“I was single for 13 years and had been looking for my soul mate that entire time. I stumbled across a relationship coach and started my journey of being conscious of who I was and what I was passionate about. I learned that the reason that I was dating the wrong men over and over had nothing to do with the men, but everything to do with me. After meeting Bob, the love of my life, it became a huge desire for me to help others manifest the love that I had found in my life.
I think the hardest thing for me when I first started with RCI was that I did not come from a therapist or coach background and so many in my first class had years of experience in the field. I felt a little intimidated and overwhelmed in the beginning. But with the help and encouragement of all my RCI trainiers, I quickly realized that I was unique and had something to offer. The training was so thorough that you have a confidence and know that you have all the tools you need.
My experience was truly life changing! You can not come through the training at RCI without a huge transformation. RCI not only provides excellent, insightful trainers but a phenomenal amount of resources that gives you everything you need to be successful. They were instrumental in teaching me that it is not only what you know, but how you are there for your client, just as they were there for me.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I take live training or will self-study work for me?
We truly believe a solid foundation is critical to becoming a professional coach. At minimum, you'll want to have a solid foundational live training that covers coaching core competencies. Self-study courses may be all you need for advanced courses, but they are not “training,” which involves live mentoring and supervised practice.
Our self study courses can be very effective for the busy, self disciplined, successful coach who wants to expand into relationship coaching.
Can ANYONE become a relationship coach?
Almost anyone, especially if you have the following characteristics:
- Passion: you are passionate about relationships
- Purpose: you have a strong desire to help others
- Experience: you have enough life and relationship experience to relate to and mentor others (you don’t have to be perfect, our struggles are our best teachers)

Can I join RCI if I have no prior training or experience as a coach or helping professional?
Yes! Our program begins with a foundational coach training which provides you the skills needed to become a certified professional coach. It is an entry level training and the pre-requisite for our advanced Relationship Coaching for Singles and Couples courses.
How can I help singles if I'm married or single myself? How can I help couples if I'm single or divorced?
Nobody is perfect and we are all on our own path of personal development, and as long as you are walking your talk and committed to your path towards personal and relationship fulfillment, your passion (and training) is all that’s needed to help others. Your clients care much more about the results you help them achieve than your personal relationship status.
