RCI’s Mentors and Trainers Leadership Program is for RCI graduates who have established coaching practices and are ready for the next steps in their professional development.
This “train the trainers” program provides supervised experience in training and mentoring RCI members and aspiring coaches to become successful relationship coaches. In addition to preparation for becoming skilled and qualified mentors and trainers, this program supports those who want to advance to positions of leadership within RCI and the coaching profession.
Included with RCI membership at no extra charge, participants in this program participate (and prepare to lead) in all RCI activities, such as trainings, conference calls, mentoring RCI members, mentoring aspiring relationship coaches, teleseminars, teleclasses, webinars, group programs for singles and couples, co-coaching singles and couples, and more.
After working closely with RCI members, trainers and leadership for an entire year (or more), graduates of this program become RCI’s most experienced and highest qualified members and are typically the first to be tapped for open positions, client referrals, speaking gigs, and more.
