Finding and having a successful life partnership continues to be one of our most important and elusive goals. Most singles want a relationship, and most couples want their relationship to be more fulfilling. People want to be happy in their relationships, but don't seem to know how. Most therapists want to help their clients have successful relationships, and are often at a loss for how to help when their clients are ready to move beyond therapeutic approaches to their relationship goals and challenges.
This workshop will teach helping professionals to help singles and couples achieve their relationship goals from a coaching perspective. Personal or Life Coaching has evolved into a vigorous profession that is here to stay, and can be tremendously effective in helping functional individuals find personal fulfillment. Relationship Coaching applies the principles of Life Coaching to relationships and utilizes coaching paradigms, strategies, and tools specific to the phases of finding and building a successful life partnership.
In private practice? Relationship Coaching for singles and couples is a highly marketable way to boost your private pay clients. We can show you how!

"This has been a valuable investment personally and professionally. I like your interactive style and your stories are great, too. You do a nice job of explaining some of your paradigms. Your passion comes through loud and clear."
From Bridget Brennan, MA, St. Louis, Missouri:
"I review a multitude of materials for singles and those preparing for
marriage and I think the Conscious Dating program is among the best. It is what
I call an "emotionally intelligent" approach to finding your permanent
Life Partner.
I think RCI is at the top of the heap of relationship programs that are available,
and the training is reasonably priced. You receive excellent training and even
more impressive is the on-going FREE information and networking you receive
after your training.
David Steele is unique in his willingness to share his wealth of resources
with his RCI coaches. RCI is a wonderful community of people sharing and networking
to enhance their lives and the lives of their clients."
From Alice Carlton, MSW, Chapel Hill, North Carolina:
"This program was very powerful for me. I am excited about offering RCI

From Jackie Black Ph.D., Pasadena, CA:
"RCI training is jam-packed with good information and terrific

From Barry North, Ph.D., Seattle, WA:
"I now have a much better understanding of the relationship coaching skills
to use with our clients and I'm excited about using them with my future clients.
Your depth of experience working with singles and couples was very evident in
this program, and you presented the material in a way that will enable us to
effectively use the tools we learned with our clients. Thanks for your energy
and dedication."

and energy you put into the program structure, organization, tapes, homework,
manuals, and the actual classes themselves."
From Linda Keyser, Bellevue, Washington:
"Becoming an RCI coach has been the turning point in my career. My practice
is now grounded with direction and focus. I feel that I have found my unique
path to combine financial prosperity and emotional satisfaction. The secondary
(and very important) benefit is the enormous niche of the singles market I am
now primed and prepared to tap into. I highly recommend this training as an
additional tool for therapists who desire to become more marketable to private
pay clients. The Conscious Dating program brings structure, support and clarity
to you, the facilitator, and to singles and their relationship quest."
From Jodi Martino, MA, Redington Beach, Florida:
“I love this training! Not only is it very marketable, it is very professional
and founded on good solid theory. RCI has workbooks and professional manuals
to support the coaches in their work. The materials are organized and uncomplicated.
The information flows in a meaningful pattern, each exercise builds on the previous
one.
This program is affordable and fun and supports the higher mission that meaningful
relationships beget healthy families which beget happy and satisfied children
who grow up to be confident and high functioning adults that enhance the community
in which they live and work. Could there possibly be anything better? We all
should have the "Life that we love and the Love of our life. This is a
valuable and wonderful resource to share with our colleagues."
From David Bentley, M.Ed., Friday Harbor, Washington:
"Having just finished your 8 week Level I training program, I'm ready to
spread the word to everyone I know. This program gives me a logical, step-by-step
model for my practice. The materials, tools and support you provide make it
