As an RCI FastTrack Coach Training Program Instructor Susan is passionate about delivering the highest quality coach training available to a community of effective, caring coaches who share a common commitment to developing the possibility of their clients.

Susan has been coaching for more than a dozen years, has been an ICF certification assessor for 8 years, and has been training coaches for more than 10 years.

Susan holds a masters degree in educational psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia. A pioneer in the coaching field, she is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation(ICF).

Susan has two married children and two grandchildren and lives in Lafayette Hill, PA with her parrot Peanut.
